Information we collect

We collect account information, course preferences, booking information, support communications and payment-related references needed to operate the learning service. Card details are collected by the configured payment provider rather than stored by GreenNest when hosted/tokenized checkout is used.

How information is used

Information is used to provide accounts, process purchases, allocate learning entitlements, schedule lessons, prevent abuse, support customers and improve GreenNest.

Service providers

We may use payment, hosting, database, email, analytics and support providers under appropriate contractual and security arrangements.

Retention and rights

Records are retained for operational, contractual, security and legal requirements. Depending on location, users may have rights to access, correct or request deletion of certain personal data.
