Learning services

GreenNest provides online educational lessons, programs and related learning services. Course descriptions, schedules and instructors may evolve while maintaining the general learning objective of the purchased service.

Learning credits

GreenNest Learning Credits are closed-loop service entitlements that may be used only for eligible GreenNest learning services. They are not cash, are not a bank balance and cannot be transferred between unrelated customer accounts.

Recurring plans

Weekly and monthly plans renew automatically at the disclosed amount and frequency until cancelled. New cycle credits are provided only after the applicable recurring payment succeeds.

Bookings and cancellations

Credits may be held when a booking is requested. Eligible cancellations release held credits. Late cancellations, no-shows and rescheduling may be subject to the policy shown at booking.

Acceptable use

Users must provide accurate account information and may not misuse the platform, payment services, promotions or learning credits.
