Refund & Cancellation Policy

Lesson cancellations

Bookings cancelled at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time normally release the held learning credits back to the student's GreenNest balance. Short-notice cancellations may require support review.

Unused learning purchases

Requests involving unused paid credits are reviewed based on the purchased product, promotional conditions, service delivery already provided and applicable law.

Recurring plans

Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated, cancelling a recurring plan does not automatically reverse a completed payment for the current billing period.

Refund processing

Approved monetary refunds are returned through the original payment method where feasible. Corresponding unused learning entitlement may be reversed to keep financial and learning records consistent.
